2. Pre-Orders
From time to time, Lantern & Stone Co. may offer products for preorder.
By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that:
• Production begins after the preorder window closes
• Fulfillment and shipping timelines may vary
• Estimated ship dates are subject to change due to production or supply delays
• Preorder sales are final and non-refundable
3. Made-to-Order Production
Many Lantern & Stone Co. items are produced specifically for each order.
Because of this:
• Minor variations in color, sizing, and print placement may occur within normal industry standards
• Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout system.
We accept major payment methods supported by Shopify. Prices are listed in USD, and orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.
5. Shipping
Shipping timelines may vary depending on production schedules and shipping carriers.
Lantern & Stone Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control once an order has shipped.
