Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting Lantern & Stone Co. Every order helps us continue building new designs and products for the road ahead.
Because many of our items are produced in small batches or made to order, we ask that customers review the policy below before purchasing.
Pre-Order Items
From time to time, Lantern & Stone releases limited pre-order items such as the Founders Edition Tee. These pieces are produced specifically for customers who reserve them.
For this reason, pre-order sales are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once the order is placed.
If you need to update your shipping address before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lanternandstoneco.com.
Apparel Orders
Many Lantern & Stone items are produced specifically for each order to reduce waste and ensure quality.
Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change-of-mind purchases. Please review sizing information carefully before ordering.
If your item arrives with a printing error, damage, or manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email lanternandstoneco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• A photo of the issue
• A brief description
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.
Shipping & Lost Packages
Once an order has shipped, Lantern & Stone is not responsible for postal delays or carrier issues.
If a package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, we recommend contacting USPS first to open a claim or locate the package.
We will assist where possible, but cannot guarantee replacements for lost or misdelivered shipments.
Incorrect Addresses or Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Agreement to Policy
By placing an order with Lantern & Stone Co., customers acknowledge that they have read and agreed to this return and exchange policy.
