Order Processing
Pre-Order Items
Certain Lantern & Stone releases, such as the Founders Edition Tee, are offered as pre-order items. These products begin production after the pre-order window closes.
Processing times may vary depending on order volume, but fulfillment typically begins shortly after the preorder period ends.
Estimated ship dates are provided when available but may shift due to production timelines.
Standard Apparel Orders
Many Lantern & Stone items are produced specifically for each order to reduce waste and maintain quality.
Typical processing time is 3–7 business days before an order ships.
Shipping Times
Shipping begins once production has been completed.
Typical delivery estimates:
United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (when available)
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and current carrier rates.
Lantern & Stone Co. does not control carrier pricing.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you need to update an address, contact us immediately at info@lanternandstoneco.com.
If an order has not yet begun processing, we may be able to update it. Once production or shipping has started, address changes may not be possible.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Lantern & Stone Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, or postal service disruptions.
If a package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacements for lost or misdelivered packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement when appropriate.
International Duties & Fees
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.
